  • Can Each item I order be engraved differently?  Yes!
  • When do you ship?  Within 72 hours of your payment and verified information for the engravings (verification is done over email) weekends and holiday's slow things up a bit.  If you have paid for upgraded shipping services, we will expedite your order.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?  Paypal (our shopping cart) is preferred, however you are welcome to mail in check or money orders (select check/money order upon checkout)
  • What shipping company do you use? We ship daily with UPS and US mail.  No third party billing accounts.
    What colors do you offer for the engraved text?  Only 'frosted' on clear glass
  • What about sales tax? Orders being shipped to Ohio must pay 7.0% on both the item cost and the shipping cost
  • I live in Ohio, Can I pick my items up?  Sorry, we do not have a local pickup option
  • Do you ship outside the U.S.A?  Yes, via USPS Priority Mail & Express Mail
  • Can personalized items be returned?  Sorry, Personalized items are not returnable.  If we made an error with the engravings we will replace the item at our cost.  If you are not happy with your items, please let us know and we will work out a solution for you
  • Do you have a phone number I can call you at? Due to current economic workload, we are no longer staffed to handle phone calls.  Please email us any questions you have. All engraving information must be submitted via email or through our website when ordering.  This is to reduce the chance of errors.  A phone number is provided once an order is completed and is included with your package, just in case there are any urgent problems with your order once it is received.
